Loved Munnar, the hotel was comfortable right in the middle of the city with an attached restaurant. The food was GOOD and the location was convenient. We were there for 3 nights, overall had a just perfect stay.

The hotel was clean and we had a beautifully maintained room. The property was in the middle of the city. Moreover, it's so close to the slope as well as centre of town Front office staff.

I almost thought about giving a good review, but i can't overlook the food being unbearably spicy, despite asking for mild options. The light switches, ugh! They seem to be completely random and annoying. I expected more and wasn't even offered a complimentary drink upon arrival! Just disappointing, honestly.

The food was bland and unappetizing. Despite being centrally located, the area was dirty and not pleasant to walk around. My room had a view of litter and weeds, disappointing.

This place is great, and has amenities like free Wi-Fi in rooms, 24-hour reception, and a restaurant. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a local taxi recommendation. I always appreciate their attentiveness. Highly recommend it for a relaxing stay! I'm coming back for Easter.

The staff were pretty good, provided quick room service when we needed it. The complimentary breakfast, although not a buffet, was delicious and filling. Don't miss out on the fine mountain views from the Double Room. Highly recommend extending your stay!

One downside was the limited wi-fi access only in the reception area. The restaurant faced issues with buffet-only dining during busy hours. Despite these small hiccups, the atmosphere was cute, and I appreciated the staff's cheerful attitude.

I loved the clean, comfortable Mountain View room and the delicious breakfast spread that started each day off right. the restaurant service was a bit slow. I would come back!
